I put out requests to 5 companies for house washing services. One company needed to measure my home (records show it’s 2500sf). There were a lot of hoops to go through just to get the estimate. Which was OUTRAGEOUS! However, NEPTUNE CLEAN was fast to respond. And I had my estimate in 1 day. Another company I solicited responded to me a week later. But NEPTUNE CLEAN was FAST, PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL and SUPER EFFICIENT. They missed a spot and I told the owner. They were back out to my house a few hours later. And they were AFFORDABLE! I’m a widowed special needs bus driver. I couldn’t do this on my own and in today’s economy, it’s nice to know there are companies that are still charging fair prices. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Being able to just enter my info online and select a time/day for the services was so much better than playing phone tag or emailing back and forth multiple times. When I did have a question, they responded very promptly via email. They arrived on time and were polite/professional, did a great job on our siding, front walkway, and front steps, and were completely fine when I said I had to leave before they were done – they sent me an email invoice, and I paid online later that day. In a time and area where it often feels like pulling teeth to get contractors to respond to initial requests, provide timely estimates/quotes, and schedule services, the ease and convenience of working with Neptune saved me much time and energy. And there are no more green spots on my house nor moss on my front steps!

Today was our second time hiring Neptune Clean. Recently moved to a 2 story house, built in 2013. The gutters were not clean inside, and had tiger stripes. Whole 2700 sf house needed washing as outdoor dirt can make a house look older. They did a beautiful job, just like our previous TH condo! Bill, the owner, is one of the most positive people I’ve ever hired. And, he explains the processes, like removing tiger stripes is a different process, so you’re informed. We were not home, but he moved our furniture and BBQ grills, no problem. A previous company we hired prior to finding him, also 5 star, required the owners to do it. Things like that makes Neptune Clean stand out. Again, Bill is upbeat, clear communication, and does a beautiful job. We’re going to have the driveway, sidewalk, garage floor, screened porch, and pavers cleaned next.
